Please join us alongside eight artists from the 2026 Craft + Design Canberra Emerging Contemporaries exhibition for a shared conversation exploring material practice, creative development and what it means to emerge as a contemporary maker today. United as a cohort, the artists reflect on their intersecting journeys while revealing the distinct approaches that shape their work.
Following the discussion, guests are invited to stay for a closing celebration, offering an opportunity to continue the conversation and engage directly with the artists.
Speakers include Sarah Brown, Jake Haynes, Isaac Kozlovskis, Jenn Morton, Eliott June O’Dowd, Rosalie Ryan and Lisa Stevenson.
