Our Location
We’re located upstairs in the North Building at 180 London Circuit, Canberra City, right in the heart of the city, but a little tucked away.
Here’s how to find us

Find Civic Square – with the Canberra Theatre and Canberra Museum & Gallery.

Facing the Canberra Theatre, look for the North Building, which should be to your right, with the fountain to your left.

Enter the North Building via the automatic glass doors. Look for the Craft + Design Canberra signage at eye level on the left of the doors.

Take the lift or stairs up to Level 1.

Our shop and gallery are just a few metres from the lift. As you exit out of the lift, you’ll see the start of our gallery on the wall to your left, signage and shop straight ahead.

The closest parking is available at
- Constitution Place (undercover – accessible parking)
- City Hill (surface level – accessible parking)
- Canberra Olympic Pool (surface level – accessible parking available)
- Nangari Street (undercover – accessible parking)
- National Convention Centre (undercover – accessible parking)
- Canberra Centre (undercover, more than 4,000 spaces – accessible parking)
- City East (former CIT Reid) (surface level)
The southern car park at the Canberra Centre includes 1,200 car parks,
accessible 24/7. Visitors can take the lift from the ground floor directly to the car park.
The Alinga Street terminal and City bus interchange are approximately 300 metres
walk from the Canberra Theatre Centre.

You can find FREE parking from 5:30pm to 8:30am Wednesday to Sunday at nearby public car parks including
- City Hill car park (Section 116)
