Throughout the day, hand embroidery demonstrations will take place, offering a close-up view of techniques and processes used in recent textile works, which will also be available for sale. These works have been made in collaboration with Carol and Valerie. Guests can take a self-guided stroll through the garden to discover the latest mosaic installations, thoughtfully integrated into the landscape. A highlight of the day will be the 3D printer in action. Visitors can observe the process (with some free samples available while learning about its application in creative practices). A working display combining the printing and embroidery will also be on display. This event is designed to be engaging and informal, encouraging conversation, creativity and connection across a range of art forms. Carols books will also be available purchase.
