"My work explores the intersection of motherhood and creativity, embracing spontaneity, play, and adaptability. Rooted in my childhood love of fantastical creatures, storytelling, and rich textures, my practice reflects the evolving rhythms of life as both an artist and a parent. I work across painting, hand-sewing, and pattern design—mediums chosen for their tactile quality and flexibility, allowing me to create in brief, intuitive bursts. These layered processes mirror the push and pull of care and creativity, where interruption becomes part of the rhythm. Inspired by nature, folklore, and the boundless curiosity of childhood, I create immersive, mixed-media works that invite movement, joy, and a sense of wonder. My work is both deeply personal and widely accessible—an invitation to reimagine the world with openness, curiosity, and delight."
