Concession Maker Membership | $80 per year + Insurance

The Concession Maker Membership offers all the benefits of the Maker Membership at a discounted price providing greater access to the membership community.

Eligible concession cards and payments include:

  • Health Care Card

  • Low Income Health Care Card

  • Disability Support Pension (DSP)

  • Carer Payment

  • Parenting Payment (Single)

Designed for both emerging and established professional craft practitioners and designers, this membership tier includes a variety of benefits, such as the option to add insurance, access to exhibition and shop stocking opportunities, and eligibility to participate in programs that support the development of your artistic practice.

Before applying for this membership, please read the following information about insurance and membership benefits:

Membership with Insurance | Membership $80 + Insurance $200 = $280 per year

 

This insurance package includes Public & Products Liability and Professional Indemnity, and Personal Accident coverage. It is available to visual artists, craftspeople, designers, curators, installers, registrars, conservators and arts administrators.

Coverage Details:

·         Public and Products Liability: $20,000,000

·         Professional Indemnity: $5,000,000

·         Property in physical or legal control: $250,000

·         Personal Accident up to $1,000 per week

The insurance is managed on a group basis, with monthly processing handled in batches. Documents are subsequently sent to members in the following month. Please allow time for processing. Coverage does not begin immediately upon payment and may be subject to a delay.
