“When you physically inhabit it, you animate it” - AB

A kid’s mask making workshop using boxes, plastics and packaging collected from your household. Creating life size masks that will be worn, animated and then photographed on the maker.

Inspired by feelings, mood, and emotions, the mask will showcase what sits inside the maker and what makes them strong, powerful and excited. The masks will be explorative fun while reusing household everyday waste usually thrown away and discarded.

Once made we will take a picture of everyone wearing their masks - these photos will be printed. The maker will then decorate their photo, expressing what has happened in their week, what they love, how they are feeling, what frustrates them and how they feel.
