Jennifer Baird
I found this process so cathartic. It has had quite a profound effect on me. Reflecting every day on the process and the art. I sometimes have only a very small amount of time to create, sometimes only minutes in the day. My journal was all about that day and finding a relevant response to the prompt. Some were so easy, some so tricky I gave up on it. Like 'Switch' what? My to-do lists, my gratitude, my lessons learned all became part of the journal. My biggest epiphany was that self care is the most important thing you can do for yourself, so you can be there for others but more importantly because you need to be there for yourself.
