Belinda Toll completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts with first class Honours in Glass in 2009 at the Australian National University School of Art in Canberra. She was awarded two prizes on completion of her degree - a two-month residency at the Canberra Glassworks and the inaugural National Student Art Glass Prize. The National Student Art Glass Prize awarded master classes in August and September 2010 at North Lands Creative Glass, Scotland and following this, Toll commenced her residency at the Canberra Glassworks in October 2010.
In 2011 Toll worked as a teaching assistant to Benjamin Moore and Adam Holzinger at the Pilchuck Glass School in Seattle, USA.
Toll works as a glassblowing and cold working assistant to many established glass artists from Canberra and interstate.
