Sarah Bourke specialises in making unique jewellery combining sterling silver with Australian and exotic hardwoods. Created with the influences of the environment, inspiration comes from the bush and the beach in her local area. Each design blossoms new curves and shapes similar to the evolving forms in nature. Form dominates in the jewellery combining planishing of silver and hand-sanding of wood with the use of resin and rivets. Sarah Bourke’s jewellery combines both the elegance of a flower with the curves of pebbles, natures wearable art.
